Finally... I'm back

One of my pet peeves is people not keeping up to date with blog posts on their website - a small and insignificant peeve in the realm of the great and good, however I feel obliged to explain that I've been 'accommodating' the loss of a beloved in the last few months, and this seemed to include just not feeling like doing anything much and/or writers block.

I was however committed to writing for Balance magazine so without further ado I'm including the latest link here on building a strong immune system as of course with the continuation of concern over the COVID virus the best way to protect yourself from any and all is to have a cast iron impenetrable immune system - all the time.
