BAREFOOT

For me, walking barefoot is a metaphor for freedom, as well as being something we need to  be doing to connect more to the earth.

 

It is our natural state, and instinctively I've been shoe less and slipper less as much as possible throughout my life, even taking my driving test with naked feet.

​

It is also reference to  the magical person who taught me so much in the space of 6 months, before he departed this life, the Barefoot Doctor 

​

To walk barefoot is  a symbol of humble service to others.
